In the last year, Lady Gaga has wowed audiences on some huge stages. From her unforgettable performance at the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show in February to headlining Coachella in April and starting her Joanne World Tour, she has certainly been keeping busy.
Lady Gaga has graced some impressive platforms in the past year, including the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show and headlining Coachella. To round off her year, she will be performing at the prestigious 60th annual Grammy Awards.
After Kendrick Lamar pumped up the crowd with a fiery performance, Lady Gaga took the stage and switched gears, sitting down at the piano to deliver a heartfelt tribute. Introducing her rendition of the song “Joanne,” Gaga dedicated the performance to her late aunt, whom the album is named after. “This one’s for Aunt Joanne, a symbol of love and empathy, even in times of confusion,” Gaga shared before diving into the emotional performance.
She also sang “Million Reasons” while sitting at a beautifully illuminated white grand piano adorned with huge angel wings, accompanied by Joanne producer Mark Ronson on guitar. Gaga showcased her impressive vocal abilities on both tracks, pouring her heart and soul into every single note.
